Break-Fix Support


We realize not every company wants a managed I.T. plan (though we highly recommend it).  We call this our reactive support plan, we are only needed when there is a failure of some sort.   If you experience a system failure or outage, we will help you identify the cause and severity of the issue and quickly begin to help you solve your problem.  This service is offered on an hourly basis, you will always have the option to move to one of our Manage Service Offerings afterword, we can show you how moving to a manage plan may actually save you money.   If you need break/fix support feel free to contact us.
